Shawn Harris is in his first season as the head 8th grade basketball coach for the Mill Creek Warriors. He is currently the boys' and girls' 8th grade basketball coach at Heatherwood Middle School in Mill Creek and the 8th grade head coach for the Everett Junior Wildcats program. Last season, Shawn was the head girls' varsity basketball coach at North Kitsap in Poulsbo, WA. Before relocating to Washington state, he was formerly the head boys' JV and assistant varsity basketball coach at Nipmuc Regional High School. Previously, from 2013-2018, Shawn was the head girls' varsity basketball coach at Woonsocket High School where he was an alumnus (2010). Before getting promoted, Shawn was the head girls' middle basketball coach for two years.
Coach Harris also has extensive playing experience, playing high school ball at Woonsocket High School where he was a guard and captain. He later on pursued his coaching career as a junior.
Coach Harris has an Associate's Degree in Education from the Community College of Rhode Island and is currently enrolled at Western Governor University where he is working towards his Bachelor of Education Degree.

Josh Reisman has dedicated over 20 years to the game of basketball. His deep knowledge and experience along with his inherent ability to connect with people are what gives him his edge. As a student-athlete, Josh led his high school team to an undefeated state championship and was awarded state player of the year. His achievements earned him a full-ride basketball scholarship to Gonzaga University, followed by BYU, where he acquired his bachelor's degree in sociology. Josh then played over 5 years of international professional basketball and now works in child and youth development, coaches basketball, and provides individual and group training.

Kevin Crawford grew up in Kirkland, Washington and has been playing basketball since he was 4 years old. Basketball has always been the biggest passion in his life. Coach Kevin is a student of the game and loves learning as much as he loves teaching. He has 10+ years of coaching experience including Woodinville Select, North City AAU, Juanita Select and Mill Creek Warriors! Coach Kevin also loves doing individual and group training sessions, which allows him the opportunity to help kids become better players as well as human beings on and off the court. He is a big believer in trying to become a little better each and every single day, ultimately to become the best version of oneself!
Coach Kevin is very excited to rejoin the Warriors staff and continue to help Coach Dennis grow an amazing program!! He currently resides in Renton with his wife, two daughters and their son.

\Trevor Gray is a basketball coach, player, and fan. He grew up playing a game he loved. He is from Mukilteo Washington, where he attended and played at Kamiak High School. Thereafter, he attended and graduated from Grand Canyon University. During his college years he started coaching by volunteering as a coach for a non-profit organization called Ball Out Phoenix. After college, Trevor moved back to Washington and is a youth pastor in the Brier area. He is now an assistant coach with the Meadowdale girls' varsity basketball team. Coach Trevor has a passion to encourage and uplift youth to their fullest potential. He is often excited to see the progress of the skills and character players develop over a season, and even more excited to see their skills and character develop over years! Mike Boyle has lived in the Seattle area his entire life. He went to Kamiak High School where he played basketball & football, and then went on to play college basketball at North Seattle. After college he started working & played in the IBL and ABA for multiple years. Mike is an LA Fitness 'legend' and will still give you buckets til’ this day!
Mike coached the Snohomish 5th grade feeder team & has been training kids on the side for multiple years. His passion is giving the next generation the tools and mental strength training that our generation never got. Mike wants to make it so kids have the tools to go far with basketball but even further in life with how to be Men, how to treat others & how to use their platform to bless others around them.
Mike is married to his wife Amy & they have three boys Tayte, Cannon & Baker. He will be the head of basketball training and player development for the Mill Creek Warriors program.

Ashley Gray grew up in Mukilteo, Washington, and attended Kamiak High School and King's. Coach Ashley played in the IA State tournament her Junior and Senior years, and played for the traveling teams throughout high school. While in high school, she worked for the Boys and Girls Club through summer camps and as a basketball referee.
After high school, Coach Ashley briefly attended Grand Canyon University studying as an Education major. Currently she is an ophthalmic technician at a local eye clinic. She is very excited to coach alongside her brother, Coach Trevor, and develop players' skills this season.
Coach Ashley has a deep love for the game of basketball ever since she first started playing. However, she has a greater love for building connections and helping the youth build their character skills. For her, it is a great joy to see young players grow in their basketball skills and find friendship through their team. It will be a great privilege to be a part of this team and help players grow a love for basketball.

James Johnson has more than 20 years coaching and playing experience. Coach Johnson hails from Brooklyn, New York, has lived in the Seattle area for over 10 years and has been devoted to basketball since he coached for the Special Olympics. Coach Johnson was the Head Women's Basketball Coach for Shoreline Community College for over 5 years. His coaching experience also includes Snow Valley Basketball School, Miami Heat, New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers Basketball Camps to name a few. Coach Johnson has been the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Evergreen High School and Head Women's Basketball Coach at Forest Ridge and Kentridge High Schools. Although he believes in hard work and commitment, Johnson's philosophy is to have fun. "I tell my kids to enjoy what they are doing and to use it as a vessel to take them to their next destination."

Zack Neely started coaching basketball at the age of 17 for the Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish. After the first year, he already fell in love with coaching! Coach Zack's experience spans over 8 years, which included a stint with Archbishop Murphy feeder program and he also would have coached with the Swarm program but then Covid hit. Once things started to get back to normal following Covid, he returned to coaching where he spent the last two years coaching football with Jackson High School. It’s been an honor to return to coaching hoops - not saying goodbye to football altogether - but is here to help Coach Dennis build the Mill Creek Warriors to be the best program in Washington state! Coach Zack plans to accomplish this by helping the kids reach their mountain top for the success they want to achieve in life! Let’s get it rolling! GO WARRIORS!
